Spirulina Hummus

ingredients

  • 1 15 Ounce can of chickpeas (rinsed) 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini (optional)  
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon of paprika 
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 20g pod of SimpliiGood spirulina


preparation

1.

Puree the SimpliiGood spirulina,chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice,tahini, cumin and salt in a food processoruntil receiving a smooth and creamytexture.

2.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water asnecessary until receiving the desiredconsistency.

3.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and drizzlea little olive oil and/or sprinkle a little bitof paprika on top
